I will admit some operator error. No offense taken. Limiting my file type was my fatal error. Ver 3.3 didn't give me an option to uncheck the C: drive, I thought an alien had taken over my computer as every sound played in succsesion. I use my MD for live music recordings only. I use sound forge for all my editing and converting. But I thought there must be some time saving features in SS. It doesn't save me any time because labeling is so time consuming. It looks like I should upgrade a few steps too. Thanks for the reality check. OSD

Is there a way to stop SS from importing all sound files? I pointed SS to one folder, it imported all sound files and continues to search everytime I use it. I don't need every silly sound MS invented in my music files! thanks O S D
