Ok... not sure exactly what you mean!! I can get on the "Initializations" menu but where do I go from there? And I trust you but was wondering what exactly this is going to do? Thanks for your help!

Whilst on SonicStage I tried to transfer a normal mp3 to my Sony Vaio Pocket and got told it wouldn't transfer. So I tried another and it didn't work. When I opened any folder on the device page all the tracks were called 'untitled'. So I unplugged it from the USB and switched it on normally, only to find that it said there were no tracks on it. So I plugged it in again and it said the same thing on SonicStage... but it still says that 5 GB are used up (which is how many I had used before all this happened). Please Help!! It'll take forever to get back the 300+ songs that I had on there!
