Hi guys After a number of years, I recalled I still have the Sony's MZ-RH1 Hi-MD and found out it's still working and in an almost perfect shape. Even its original battery works fine, other accessories, too. Said "almost" because once I started to use it again, its OLED display faded quickly and it's almost unreabdable now - except when in total darkness. I know it's a common issue so I tried to look for a spare display and to learn is it possible to replace it but no luck. I wonder if any of you have any information is it still possible to buy the diaplay and how to replace it? Except the display, th unit looks/works like new so that would be a pity to put it back into its box... Any info would be much appreciqated! Greetings Stan

hi i have a mini disc with EL Light display. The thing is that after six months without use when i tried to use it the display went dark, even with AC adapter. The display works (i can see only in deep darkness). Last time i used it, the display was perfect. And that is a device in NM conditions. Hope you can help me to fix this issue.

Hi Today I received used JA333ES. It wasn't in original box. When I removed it from a box i heard flying parts inside the MD case. It must have been dropped although box wasn't damaged. MD disc tray didn't open. Somehow I managed to repair MD disc tray and now it plays. I don't what could be wrong with the display. I checked all connections but it seems all are firmly pluged. Leds on buttons are on. Any ideas? Chris

Having an issue with my Sony KLV-BX320 model TV. I had purchased a Sony KLV-BX320 in September 2012. In just two years the display has faulted completely. When I contacted the customer service centre they have asked Rs.13000/- for the repair which is almost half of the TV cost. The customer service center says there are three possible reasons why a TV display might get faulty which are as follows: 1. Current Fluctuation 2. Power socket issues 3. TV main being on always. All these three reasons are not being done as I use a stabiliser as well as have proper power sockets at home. The TV gets switched off evertytime after use. Hence I am just not able to figure out if just two years is the life of a Sony TV, then what is the brand assurance that a customer can get. Kindly tell me what can be done as paying almost half the price for repair of a two year old TV is totally bad and gives a bad impression on Sony products. If required I can give the photoscanned copy of the Bill of the TV purchased along with the warranty voucher Thank you.
