Possibility of converting .oma files to .wav

Perhaps this may be of use to people wanting another way to get access to their own recordings from the MZ-NH1.

I bought the MZ-NH1 for recording PCM quality (live) sound instead of using my camcorder's mic. What a struggle it has been to get access to manipulate my own DIGITAL data. I am in shock after spending all that cash and then realising I might need to use an analogue cable method to get recordings uploaded...!

So, the link below shows a nifty idea and seems to get around the protection issue - If it doesn't work there are other ideas I saw there where people have been fiddling about by renaming .oma to .wma and using Win Media Player 9 to play the files. Interesting stuff. Enjoy.

Just because Sony Made the minidisc, that doesn't mean Sharp can't make it too!

anywho, on topic, the more programs the better! i wonder if SS2.2 proofed this program as well as hiMDrenderer.

edit: umm i withdraw my statements. why?

#1: i just told off a Mod (a new one at that tongue.gif didn't recognize him)

#2: the program is an analog recording type

but i gotta say, that technique is pretty unique!

edt2: welcome to the forums!
