glkaplan
Hi: I just load 500 tracks onto a 1GB minidisk. Is there any way to print out the list of tracks or groups? Thanks for any suggestions! GK
MZ-NH1
I don't know if there is a way you can print out all the tracks sorry. What I would like to ask is: What conversion rate did you use? As I get about 250 songs onto my 1GB disc at 256ATRAC3plus conversion
glkaplan
Hi: I have the same player. The track, though, are from my CDs, not from the mike. I loaded them onto my PC at 126ATRAC and loaded the selected tracks on my Minidisc at 256ATRAC3plus. The tracks are all classical music and vary in length substantially. Does the change of coversion rates reduce the sound quality? (The tracks I've listened to sound fine, but I wonder if the conversion impaired them). Best, Gary K. MZ-NH1
The sound shouldn't be any different, if anything, it should sound better I think. Getting 500 songs onto 1GB Discs is very good! At max I can get about 270 songs! which is as they said, 7 hrs of music at the conversion of 256ATRAC3plus
JeffS
I don't know if it works with simpleburner2, I haven't tried it yet, but checkout the thread in the netmd forum regarding m3u2sb. The guy who wrote that wrote a minidisc labeling program. It's supposed to pull the track listing from what's on your disc. It get's the info from simplburner. It hasn't been updated in a while, so that's why I'm not sure about sb2. -Jeff

Rip tracks from CDs in ATRAC3+ 256kbps directly to HDD and transfer those to MD. Don't rip to 132kbps.
