Question about NW-E99 ?

Hello all- I am currently adding songs to my NW-E99 (Great little player by the way) and when hooked to my laptop and running Sonic Stage, 2 folders appear, Network Walkman #1 and Network Walkman #2 both stating 512MB of space.

Can I assume that instead of 1 folder with 1G of memory it has 2 seperate folders of 512 each ?

I started to fill up #2 and am close to filling it up so I assume when full I can work on filling up #1.

Is this correct ?

Yes. Instead of 1 big 1GB flash memoery, the E99 actually consists of 2 512MB flash memory.

Hi pata2001- Thanks for the information. I figured that was the case but it's nice to have verification.

It's amazing how much music can be held on such a small device.
