would a massive letter-writing campaign make a difference?

would anyone be interested in participating in a (snail mail) letter writing campaign to sony to voice support / concern for the MD format, such as;

a.) general distrust of / frustration with sonicstage

b.) disgust with the illogical constraints placed on the MD format

c.) sadness at seeming lack of sony support for the medium

d.) feeling cheated by low capacity of battery included with MD units

e.) how minidisc is (can be) very useful and deserves full backing

f.) etc.

would something like this be effective? if not, what is the best way to get through to sony that they need to alter their atrocious ways of handling such a brilliant medium?

sony aren't exactly a responsive, open, user friendly company. the grunts know little or nothing & the higher ups are for all intents & purposes invisible
