orb_cz
Hi, I'm planning on getting an NH1 soon and I wanted to know if Hi-MDs can be used as USB drives with Macs. I have a PC at home but at school there are just Macs with no floppy drive and I don't want to blow a lot of cash on an extra USB jump drive. Thanx in advance
ROMBUSTERS
yes, because it complies with USB's Mass Storage Class as long as your MAC supports USB drives then all should be fine. Although I remember hearing some slight weird problems a while ago, you might want to ask someone that actually uses a MAC about more details. tartan
Beware, when removed the "official and safe" way it could crash the apple and the player too. There are times when it will come out without trouble but good times only come at random. The minidisc is also slow when copying large items so it is ideal for saving small things. Large things could take a very long time to save.
