engramic
I want to burn all my imported SS files onto DVD's because I have to return my computer to its owner. The way SS stores files is kinda messy....There are some files in folders in SonicStage>PackagesMany imported files are in SonicStage>Packages>Optimised files, but these are not in their own subdirectories. If I burn the whole lot, and later install SS onto another system and drop all the files in, will they show up in the correct order? Is there a reference file that SS uses to categorise the files that I should also burn?Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Iti's extremely slow, but it does create an archive of your library that you can then burn to DVDs.

engramic
Eh? I am serious, I am thanking you for your help (: I am using the Japanese version of SS and I only figured out the bare bones of using it, so I did not take time to translate features not directly related to transferring files to and form the MD. atrain
make sure that the back up utility is used, the SS files are encrypted for that particular installation, not even that system. sony aren't big on sharing remember
