Soapm
What am I missing? Since the manual was poorly written for my taste I decided to just go through all the menus and see what is where. Is it me or once you go into a menu you can't back up? I'm having to go out of the menu and come back in but I'm sure I must be missing something.Oh, I say the manual is poorly written because I like step by step instructions. It took me a while to figure out to push the button in the middle of the wheel to select something in the menu. I like instructions that will tell you to push the button and what button to push. Christopher
The cancel button on the unit will let you "go back".
Soapm
The cancel button on the unit will let you "go back".←Yes it does, that is nice to know. I want to do my first recording at church tomorrow in HI SP but I can't find it in the menu. Where is that? Will it stay set? I see how to turn off the mic agc but is that the setting that won't stay? Is there a way to set the mike level before my pastor is preaching? I don't want to keep messing with it during the sermon. Christopher
This is covered in your manual. To refresh ya, go to REC Set > Rec Mode and pick the desired bitrate. And yes, it should stay set. You will always have to put it in a manual recording mode - and the mic level can be set in "RECVolume".
