Authorizing the pocket in SonicStage?

I recently bought a new computer, and when I try to transfer new tracks from this new computer into my VAIO pocket using SonicStage, it says:

Cannot transfer from this computer because the atrac audio device contains tracks from another computer.

All the tracks on the audio device must be deleted before tracks can be transferred from tihs computer.

If you authorize the audio device, you will be able to transfer tracks from other authorized computers.

How do I transfer tracks now? I tried going to My Library - Update Music Service Authorization Info, and it is stuck on the "Registering this device" page for 5 hours+ (haven't waited any longer), and it still pops out with this message.
