I finally got a box of five 1 gig disks and plan to do live weekly PCM recordings of my daughter's Christian rock band. I plan to transfer the recordings to my computer and then use the WCT in order to make copies to CD. Once I was sure the procedure had worked, I planned to delete the files from the 1 gig disk and then start the whole process again next week. My question is, will Sonicstage leave some residual information on the disk, even though I have deleted all the tracks, that will prevent me from downloading next week's recording.

Thanks for the reply. But, I wasn't really worried about sound degradation from rerecording. I was more worried about Sonicstage's 1 time only downloading of tracks that I have seen people complain about. I just wondered if SS put this info on each downloaded track's info or on some TOC or such info regarding the disk itself. Any answers?
