atrain Posted March 14, 2005 Report Share Posted March 14, 2005 yeah don't do it like that, they won't play on any other pc or installation of xp or sonicstage. omg/oma files are encrypted on a sonicstage installation basis, so even uninstalling sonicstage can comprimise access to your library.use the sonicstage backup tool included in SS, it'll take up a load of hard disk enough to replicate the library.goto 'tools' -> 'back up my library' & sit back to wait.
