campbeas
Hi,I have never had problems with my NetMD but last week I tried to record new songs to my NetMD MZ-N420D and I started getting errors. What is weird is that its not always the same error. It seems like I'm getting random errors the most common are:1. The disc is full (except its empty)2. Cannot load the rights information for the selected tracks.3. Unable to transfer the track or tracks.4. Cannot convert fileI contacted Sony Support and followed there instructions through 3-4 different procedures. None of which fixed my problem. The MD is only 6 months old so I asked for it to be replaced, they said it was definately a software issue and that my problem was being sent to another department to be worked on and I would hear back in acouple days. It has been over a week, meaning 2 weeks riding the bus with no music....hence I have to listen to the crazy people tell their crazy stores and random babblings.Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be. I really can't live without my music. And sony is a terrible company in my experience especially with customer service. This isn't the first sony product I've had a bad experience with.Any help would be greatly appreciated.ThanksAdam Campbell
