ponchio Posted July 9, 2005 Report Share Posted July 9, 2005 Has anyone figured out a way to digitally transfer music recorded (by my) older MD players to my newer MD players (expecially my HD's). Using Sonic Stage 3.x I can't transfer the music from disks to my "computer library" using my newer MD units - usually it goes through the motions - then says there was a tranfer problem.I have MZ-N505, MZ-RH10, MDS-JB920 and a MDS-NT1 to try transfers!I know I can do an analoge transfer - but I'd rather not create another generation copy. The Low Volta Posted July 9, 2005 Report Share Posted July 9, 2005 sorry, the only digital way possible with (non-HiMD formatted) older MDiscs is to get a MD-deck with an optical out and record in realtime on PC (if you have an optical in) or HiMD...no usb transfer of older recordings/discs possible at all (not even with a himd-player)just read these two threads (1 and 2) and you're up to date on uploadinghope this clears things up,Volta Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
