HD3 freezing

I bought an HD3 recently but can only load 4 tracks before it freezes. I get an error code '032' whatever that means and need to format the drive. Any help would be appreciated

they dont say anything there as to what the exact problem could be, I would try updating firmware, initializing the hd3, other than that i dunno.

Contact Sony service centre as soon as possible.

Is ur product still under warranty?

As my feeling is that there is some problem with Ur hard disk

U might get unusual sound from ur hard disk if u put ur player close to ur ear (when ur player freezes) like click,chuck ,chuck or something like that

Does this happens pl tell me ?

Have u dropped ur player?

Haven't dropped the player. just bought it. but had a noise from the player. Spent all morning in increasing frustration trying to sort it. Eventually sent it back.

Same thing happened to my player & now Sony is replacing it with a new one
