Zenharper
hey guys im a newbee MD person who is on holidays in japan ive got the bug!!i have my own studio in Australia and a portable laptop recording system but heyits still a lot work, im thinking that HI-MD could be good for sampling sounds for my video projects outdoors and also recording with out all the hassle at the blues jams that i run, im looking at a HI-MD recorder and microphone that will work best for this type of situation i understand that the MZ-RH10 and the MZ-RH1 are at the top of there game, but then there is the new MZ-M100 wich is said to be like theMZ-RH10, but is it better or are they just taking advatage of the MAC users ? i run a PC setup so if the only advantage is accsess to mac then i dont need it. is the MZ-RH10 second generation HI-MD? and can you help me with the best microphone choice for a blues orintated pub recording.thanks in advance guys!!reguardsZenharper
Roamer
The MZ-M100 is mostly a repackaged RH10 with uploading tool for the Mac, and a Sony mic. But if you have a PC, it could be better to get a 2nd gen RH10 (or 1st gen NH1) and find a better suited mic.
