The automatic setting for recording mode has a certain input level... What level on the manual setting does that compare to (on an RH10?) Meaning, if I were in the manual level adjustment mode, what #/30 would I need to be on to have the same input as the automatic setting? Is there even a direct comparison like this, or are there differences between the settings that I'm not aware of? Thanks for the help! ROMBUSTERS Posted August 24, 2005 Report Share Posted August 24, 2005 basically on automatic it shifts the volume level up and down as the music goes quiet and loud so that the end result is an audio stream with pretty much the same sound level throughout.In this way it is impossible to say what it corresponds to on a manual input when dealing with music of varying loudness levels Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
