i have got a a3000 i purchased from the sony outlet in the United Kingdom.
i installed the connect player and tried to upload my music collection and it didn't work it just kept crashing.
then i decided to goto the sony website and came acroos the sonicstage 3.3 so i downloaded it and all was good i could download tracks but my top 100 and favourites wasn't working so i re-installed cennect player.
After installing it i opened the program connected my player to it and it started a transfer straight away so i let it go through its process then connect player crashed. i disconnected the player and it said creating library.
goes to see what it had done and all my music was wiped off the a3000.
so i thought i am not using connect player.
i tried to add my tracks back using SonicStage it went through the process and finished so i went to have a look at the library and it said you have no tracks please connect compatible software blah blah blah.
has any one got any advice or help on this subject ?
