FergusF
Hi all,I posted a similar message to this earlier on but it seems to have disappeared. I tried a search using my logon name and it did not show up?My question is this: I recorded an interview on a Panasonic walkman tape recorder before I got my rh-10. I connected the microphone socket to the rh-10 line in and I set the sound to normal. I monitored the recording on the rh-10. There was a terrible hum on the recording that is not on the original tape. I tried it a second time and I found that as I touched the tape recorder, the hum got worse. Have I omitted some important setting? is there an optimum way to record from a microphone jack?thanks in advance
Christopher
I moved it to the Live Recording forum, as it is most relevant there. Please continue further discussion within that topic.http://forums.minidisc.org/index.php?showtopic=11932
