Bern
I've got problem during upload VERY IMPORTANT concert from my RH-910 to my computer (SS 3.0). Unfortunately (as I read from other posts) I edited sth earlier on the recording . Upload was broken and now disc is completely unreadible in computer and in HiMD.So, have you heard anything about help from Sony? Any Sony's support to that problem? It's outrageous such a damage can happen - upload should be read-only process or at least transactional to always have data on disc safe. And I don't believe Sony has completely no tool to recover data. Bern
Today I went to central Polish Sony service with my disk. They told me it's not a job for service to recover data from broken disk. And didn't want to ask in some more "central" service. Stupid Sony - treating customers such a way they'll really collect bad opinion . So I hope they'll change it. Skradgee
Hi Bern,Sorry to hear about your problems. I've lost important recordings to Hi-MD too. Some good news though...if you use the newest version of SonicStage you can upload multiple times! Hopefully upgrading your software will help prevent this problem for you in the future. Good luck.-Nate
