sebastianbf
I read in the news today that Apple will exchange defective Ipod nano players that has problems with the screen (very serious scratching). Sony: that's the way we want you to be. Maybe it would be nice to see Sony doing a firmware upgrade to fix the mp3 playback problem in the HiMD 2nd gen or things like that. Here's the link to read the article about ipod nano exchange:http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20050928/wr_nm/...HNlYwMlJVRPUCUl
Breepee2
Well, I would never have though it possible, but let me be Sony's advocate: They have added MP3-playback to their NH1 and NH2 HDD-MP3-players.

Qwakrz
Well it was either that apple replaced them or they were dragged through the courts again by the Americans.I will NEVER buy anything from Apple, in my eyes they cut corners where you cant see it until its to late."Sorry, your waranty is invalid, you unboxed it"
1itgirl2
I think that all these replies are right on the money. Sony needs to wake up and realize that sonicstage does not work properly with the minidisc player and the player need to work better in general. Sony also needs to listen to who the people who are using them have to say. In general , Sony needs to concentrate more on the products that they make well instead of making everything in the world great US. edit by atrain for size. renho3k
Quote Well it was either that apple replaced them or they were dragged through the courts again by the Americans.http://www.cnn.com/2005/TECH/ptech/10/24/a...reut/index.htmlright on cue! it's kinda funny. one of my friends is a hardcore applehead. apple everything, but even he said apple doesn't care about existing customers. they only care about potential customers. if you bought their product, they're only interested in what you have to say if you're going to buy another one...or a replacement.
