rei-gouki
HiI thought I'd pose the question before installing Sonic Stage. Does the Asia/Pacific version of the program allow the entry of Japanese characters as titles of tracks, etc? Or is that reserved just for the Japanese version of the program? I would like to know before I run the internet installer so I don't get a surprise later.I'm planning to have it on a Win98SE system with GIME, but would the entry of characters require something more embedded like an installation XP as Japanese?I hope the difference between the versions is DRM and the internet music store link... which would make the question a little redundant.... or should I just use the MDCF offline SS installer since I don't intend to use the net functions at all...? atrain
i'd install the 3.3 link from here in the forums' download section because at this moment it is a newer version than the standalone. i'd also go with the net version anyway - our own 'branded version' is intended for those who can't access an online install stream.as for the rst of the Q have a look herehttp://forums.minidisc.org/index.php?showtopic=11256our faqs are located at the top of each page in each relevant section. being built from years of practical experience & folklore they can answer many of these questions quicker.
