brian10161
i was recording some music to my md player and all of a sudden it stopped and said "ERROR" on the screen, i thought maybe it had just stopped and needed to be erased and started again. but why would my luck be that good. now everytime i put the disc in it says "ERROR" no matter what i do. i cant get it to read, and on top of this all, its the only md i have , so i dont know if its the disc or the player. can anyone help me? i dont intend on opening this player up either. thanks in advance. I think SonicStage can do that (although I have never used it).

fishstyc
Sorry I can't be of any help, but are you using SS 3.3 ?I am just curious because I have the feeling I have seen this ERROR story a lot since 3.3, and I am still using 3.2 until I feel it's worth upgrading for minidisc users... fishstyc
yah im using 3.3, is there maybe a chance that if i install 3.2 i could recover this disc?I doubt it. I don't know if you can import your library backup in an older version of SS...But as I said I have never tried 3.3, so I didn't have any problems yet...
