Question

Hi this is my first post here so before anything i would just like to say hello to everyone that reads this post.

Well i got my NW-A1000 for christmas, And i think its a great mp3 player. Well after the initial Connect teething problems, i finnaly got used to it and copyed several albums to the player. So after they have transsfered i unpluged the player and began to listen to the tracks. I immediatly noticed a few minor track skips during most of the tracks, these arnt large track skips, most of them lasting a fraction of a second, but after a while it started to get a tad annoying. I checked all of the tracks on my pc and none of them skipped, so something must have gone wrong during the transferring.

Im just wondering if this has happen to any of you and if there is a solution to it.

P.S The tracks that i downloaded of Connect down skip at all.

Depends, if you want a higher bitrate that is the only method of getting the new files on.

I wouldn't recommend using atrac, unless you have all your mp3s already converted to atrac.

First update the firmware, remember to have the unit fully charged before you upgrade. Once you upgrade the firmware, check to see if it has been upgraded. If you want to re add the songs, yes you will have to delete the atrac files off the player.
