The Low Volta
they are transferred with SonicStage and thus written in some 'cryptic'-Sony-way (but still as MP3, not converted to atrac) to the discabsolutely no drag-n-drop, but if it is not for easy sharing with friends, this is not really a big deal I guessHiMD can carry MP3's as simple MP3's, but only as data i.e. not playable on the portable device...all playable music on the device has to pass through SSPS: welcome to MDCF forums ortodox... Berke
HiMD can carry MP3's as simple MP3's, but only as data i.e. not playable on the portable device...all playable music on the device has to pass through SSI think this sucks! Before I bought my M100 I was thrilled to see it is a native mp3 player as well. I thought it would work just like all the other flash based mp3 players (drag&drop). I wonder what's keeping Sony from that option. I really would hate installing Sonicstage to every computer of my friends' if I ever wanted to try out an mp3 off their library. Now with my m100 I still can, but I cannot listen to the songs until I get back home and import through SS. Do you think with an update in the future or with new models "true" native mp3 playing will be possible?
