bushwick_artist
Hi,Just bought an Hi-MD MZ-RH10, and would like to use it on a Mac. The salesperson told me that it could be used with a Mac but was mistaken, and I would like to spare myself the ridiculous upgrade in expense to use essentially the same machine that I have now. Is there any software available that will make this player compatible with my Mac OSX? I've read about running it through a PC first, converting it to a WAV and then transferring to Mac, but that isn't a practical solution for me, as I have limited access to a PC.Any help is appreciated. The Low Volta
hi and welcome to MDCF,only option (for uploading your own recordings to mac) is the analogue headphone out (HiMD)-> line in on mac and record with something like audacityor to run SS under a windows emulator on mac (but this is very slow!!)...this is also the only option to get music from PC->HiMD (even with the M-models) as there is no software at all that allows mac to do this otherwiseso sorry to say this, but HiMD and mac still ain't a good combo... and while the M-models do offer uploading of PCM, the rest of the HiMD-PC functionality is still void
