Question

I am desperate to return this NWA-3000 that i bought. The players software is crap i cant get no mp3s on it at all. Secondly my computer is more than the minimum requirements. Putting all this in perspective my retailer wont give me a refund. They say a exchange is possible but not a refund. What should i do?

woahh. have you tried the firmware and software updates? what kind of problems are you running into?

firstly, you won't be able to get your money back. that's a dead cert, you'll only be able to exchange it for something of equal value, maybe a psp.

secondly, what have you tried to get it working? have you tried using sonicstage 3.3 like every other person on the forum recommends? i personally don't like giving up on something until i've tried everything possible. returning things is a hassle that can often be avoided, especially when the a3000 is a brilliant product in its own right.

Why are you so certain that they wont refund? I have tried all updates still i just dont like this mp3 player or its software. I have not touched the accesories at all e.g. the charger anything. I used my cousins charger and his usb lead so all cabling is in tact. The player has not a single scratch on it. So do you think if i get a exchange i could possibly take into another outlet and without opening it get a full refund? I mean i dont mind losing £10-£15 but i realy do wnat most of the £200 i paid back.
