Agnomk
Well, I'm a long fan of minidiscs, I owned a R37 unit (really long time ago), then a NetMD unit and now a HiMD unit. However, Sonicstage is being the usual burden. Any MP3s I listen on sonicstage and transfer to my hi-md (A MZ-RH910) has a incredibly annoying bass distortion. Well, the catch is that on my computer I get the same thing. Whenever I listen to MP3s on SS 3.3, the bass gets distorted, and the songs sound great on WinAMP and windows media player. Anyone had similar issues?[Problem solved]I uninstalled SS 3.3, removed all the stuff it put inside my hard drive, reinstalled SS 3.0 and everything is working like a charm. SS 3.3 has some serious issues... Edited January 16, 2006 by Agnom Kniad
Christopher
I've never had this problem with Sonicstage. It could be a conflict with previous installations; did Sonicstage 3.0 get uninstalled before installing Sonicstage 3.3?

I got a new 250 gb SATA hard disk and the hi-md unit together. So I reinstalled windows (My NetMD unit wasn't working with SS 3.2, sonicstage just gave up on uploading anything to it) and never installed the sonicstage version that came with my hi-md. I just download the 3.3 version and installed it. It never fully worked. Once I removed it and installed SS 3.0 that came with my unit, everything worked like a charm.<sarcasm>I think Microsoft makes Sonicstage.</sarcasm>
