Heres something to try if your having issues with the software and your NWA-3000.
I had originally installed all my stuff on my PC, which by the way was running like a charm. The connect software installed and updated to the latest and greatest. Imported all my mp3's by the way a few thousand of them, and it all went wrong from there. Called Sony tech support here in Canada, by the which are totally useless and couldnt offer ant reasonable help. Went to another computer in my home and tried it, same issues.
Get this though, i formated one system reinstalled everything including alll my games, reinstalled the connect software, imported my all my mp3's and it worked flawlessly. Did the same on the other machine I tried on earlier and it all works flawlessly there also.
Could be several reasons for this but I thing huge registries, which are all bloated out with invalid keys, severly trashed OS's, etc. If anyone one is brave enough would like them to try it if they are having issues with thier connect software.
Format your system, put it all back, and install to the new OS, its worked twice for me now. May help you all out.
