NW-A3000 help, please.

Question

OK, so I got my NW-A3000 for Christmas, take it out of the packet, install Connect, put songs on, all good.

But then I read about SonicStage being better than Connect, so I installed SonicStage. That worked too, but I couldn't use Intelligent Shuffle and Top 100, features which I regularly use.

On uninstalling SonicStage and re-installing Connect, Connect doesn't recognise the player as it did before, although it does show up in My Computer.

The player comes up with "Do Not Disconnect" messages, but Connect just doesn't see it.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I don't think SS is better than CP, when you have features missing in SS that the player needs, it is not a better program.

as for your problem, did you open the transfer window and check if the device is there? as well, check the left handside of the CP and look for NW-A1000 there and click on it.

If those don't work, try switching usb ports and the cable that might fix the problem in CP.
