Last week I’ve reinstalled my XP computer. I've installed SonicStage, but now i can't logon with my username and password. First i didn't work at all. Then I’ve discovered that I’ve to reset al my Internet Explorer settings. But when i want to login it says: Sorry, uw gebruikersaccount is ongeldig voor deze softwarelicentie en deze computer. (Dutch) which means something like: Sorry, your useraccount is invalid for this softwarelicense and this computer. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?Also want to let you know that I’m a bit disappointed in Sony. I've bought the A3000...great player...but why do they mess up this crappy software? mercury_in_flames Posted January 4, 2006 Report Share Posted January 4, 2006 Ive had this sort of problem before,Just open the Connect music store window, search arounf the screen for 'help' or something to that effect.
