alanross
I need help. I just purchased the M100. I transferred a number of MP3 tracks from my hard drive to SonicStage ver. 3.4, created a play list, and downloaded all to my M100. I then erased the group (playlist). The M100 is now locked up showing a play symbol in the upper left of the screen and a blinking R in the upper right. The center of the display shows a track, artist name and album with 00:00 in the time display area. I am plugged into ac power. I let it go overnight thinking that it was taking a long time to erase, but now think it is jammed up. None of the buttons work and I cannot open the door. I assume my next step is to remove the power and battery? Any suggestions? Thanks.
pauljones52
Yup remove the power from the unit then when you re insert the power source it will become unlocked. Do this sooner rather than later to prevent any damage to the unit. It is most likely there is a error on the disc meaning it will not record over it
