Tathraman
I'm trying to record some LPs to my Walkman minidisc. I'm using a line cable from the headphone jack [all that my player has].I'm in HI-MD, Hi-LP mode with ALVS off. I've tried various sound level s but always the recorded sound has a distinctly tinny, thin quality, nothing like what's coming from the LP. Is there anything I can do to improve the sound quality? Your advice will be much appreciated.

You should also post the model number of your minidisc player, that way others here with that model can guide you on what to do.
