e1ghtyf1ve
Hi!!Any body knows about more capacity than the LIP-4WM? Thank's Ps: The MZ-RH1 is fantasicThe RH1 may be the best pocket recorder out there right now.LIP-4WM = 370mAh capacityThis means that it can supply 370mA current for one hour... Did that answer your question?cheers
Qwakrz
Not heard of any bigger capacity 4WM batteries, need to wait a bit for them to get more popular and then maybe china etc will start to produce cloans that have more capacity, doubt Sony will release anything. standlynch
I went recording with my new RH1 and inspite of trying to minimise the non-recording use of the machine, I ran out of juice after only about one a half 1 GB discs. So was my battery playing up - I was charging it up from the computer, not the seperate charger so maybe this made a difference. Or is Sony's 6 hrs just wildly optimistic? A spare battery from my local sony centre was £40! Small Battery Co on the net will now supply for £20. Anyone else got a cheaper source or a good way of charging it up in the field? Anyone else got a cheaper source or a good way of charging it up in the field? It charges from the computer very much more slowly - and I find mine stops charging prematurely. With the charger, the charging indication goes out at around 80% total charge, but continues to charge (no display) after that for a couple more hours! From full depletion to full charge = 1hr with display until 80%, + 2 hrs until 100% = 3 hrs total with chargerLast week I was able to go close to 7 hrs recording on one full charge...
