LifeEscalade
Well, I'm not really new to MD players but I just have a few questions. For one, my MD player is the MD-N510 Type-S, but it came with the car kit. What does the Type-S designation stand for? Also, what's the difference between a regular MD player and a NetMD player? Thanks in advance for answering my questions.LifeEscalade

jaylen
Your unit's full name is the N510CK (CK = car kit), so it is the North American version. A friend of mine has one and she's very pleased with it. There's someone on this forum who has like 5 or 8 of the N510!As far as I know, ATRAC Type S improves playback of MDLP tracks and doesn't affect recording.
