JSP62
Hello fellow ATRACERS,I don't frequent this forum as much as I should be. I come from the ATRACLIFE.com side.I have run into a problem and hoping perhaps some experts here could help me trouble-shoot.Hopefully someone else has come across this problem and found a solution. In the past, I have been able to transfer without any problems from Sonic Stage to my MD player. I have not transfered in over 6 months and now that I am getting back to making some new music MDs, I am having this problem. I keep getting the error message cannot transfer.I have done extensive searches through this site, and cannot find any similiar problems/solutions. Does anyone have any suggestions or similiar cases? Thanks
Stuge
Why don't you use SonicStage CP4 ?
JSP62
You know, Stuge...you could of asked me that question in the ATRACLIFE forum rather that on this one I don't need version 4.0. There is no reason for me to use it. "Don't fix something if it ain't broke"I heard the stories, and prefer not to unless it is critical. raintheory
Is the problem just with certain files?
JSP62
All files that I have tried were constant bit rate mp3 files.I had tested several all with no success.Quite odd
an0nym0usmuse
I have a similar problem with my MZ-S1, which I have used constantly for several years. About a year ago, I noticed that I could no longer transfer files to it through SS... it would just sort of freeze up and refuse to transfer. It still plays, however. So, I use another MD to transfer what I need and I use the S1 as a player. I figure that my MZ-S1 had some sort of hardware failure that affected recording, but not playback. All files that I have tried were constant bit rate mp3 files.I had tested several all with no success.Quite odd
