Sparda Posted September 17, 2006 Report Share Posted September 17, 2006 I had no idea where to post this so i'll post it here.Is it possible to "hack" the remote or the RH1 to make the remote display chinese characters? I have a canadian RH1 and the remote doesn't display chinese characters. Any info would be great. Ishiyoshi Posted September 17, 2006 Report Share Posted September 17, 2006 You will definitely need a remote with a suffix "ELK" to display Chinese/Japanese characters (e.g. RM-MC35ELK, RM-MC40ELK, RM-MC55ELK).
