jkoryciak
HELLO OUT THERE--IS IT TRUE THAT ANYTIME I WANT TO RECORD {ON A RH1}--{I JUST USE IT TO RECORD MY BAND LIVE OFF A MICROPHONE}--THAT I HAVE TO USE THE REMOTE--THATS TOO MUCH JUNK TO KEEP UP WITH--MY 707 WAS GREAT FOR THIS--I JUST SET IT ON LP2,AUTO LEVEL--AND SLID THE RECORD BUTTON TO ON POSITION--THAT WAS EASY..I NEVER HAD TO USE THE REMOTE TO RECORD....SO WILL THE UNIT {RH1} RECORD WITHOUT THE REMOTE? I ALREADY READ THE CRAP ABOUT THE EJECT BUTTON--I CAN LIVE WITH THIS--IT JUST SITS ON TOP OF MY AMP WHILE RECORDING...

raintheory
There actually isn't a way to start recording using the remote... The closest thing would be to start recording in rec-pause and unpause with the remote.
