raintheory
Short answer... No.There is currently no way to recover accidentally deleted/formatted Hi-MD material. You may wish to hold onto the disc just in case something comes up in the future though. raintheory
I think that is for Legacy MD only, but may be worth a shot. Let us know how it turns out.

raintheory
Anything prior to Hi-MD is considered legacy. The following modes are considered legacy recordings:SP MONO LP2 LP4 - Material recorded in these modes can be recovered using TOC cloning procedures.Hi-MD material (PCM Hi-LP Hi-SP) cannot be recovered in this way.
