Hi, I did my first live recording and it sounds pretty good! Imagine that. RH1 + ECM-MS957. Not the world's best mic, I have heard, but it did alright last night. Except for the audience sounds. Oh, well.

I uploaded it no sweat and it was saved in SS as an OMA file. This was then converted to a WAV file which I saved on my desktop. Questions: do I have to have the OMA file as an intermediate step and what are the losses going from PCM to OMA to WAV.

I'll take my answer off the air. B)
