Hedgehog
MS Windows XP Home Edition SP21.5ghz processor with 512MB RAMUpgraded working Sonicstage 3.1 to version 3.4! Software crashed at startup with error "Omgjbox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" (see attachment). Followed FAQ on this site and uninstalled software. Reinstalled software v3.1 from CD and I am still getting the same error.I have looked in forum but seen nothing similar so far.Any ideas on how to get SonicStage working again would be much appreciated. ols
I have this problem as well and have managed to find a workaroundThe problem seems to occur as a result of connection to gracenote. Not too sure whta is causing a freeze, but it is generally unrecoverable.Simplest workaround I have found is to temporarily disable your internet connection before opening up sonicstage. Then once it is loaded you can just start it back up again.I know that this is far from optimal and is generally a pain in the a&*e, but I just leave sonicstage running the whole time so dont really consider it to be a hassle.Hope this helps you to resolve your problemOls
