sonicstage error 80040416

Hi,

I have a MZ-RH910 since several months and run without problems in my old laptop. I'm getting big problems in my new laptop to transfer files from the MD to the PC. The progress runs very fast but it doesn't transfer the file and doesn't give any error message. I looked in the SonicStage.log file and and found this: CUIInfoPdExportController::CheckContent retrieveContentId failed(80040416)

What can I do? I really need to transfer files for my work and I'm getting crazy with this issue. I already tried reinstalling SonicStage (with the tips there are in this site) and installing old versions.

please do read the rules for support and provide the ppl here on MDCF with as precise info as possible:

- system/computer specs

- SonicStage version

- what kinda file (data/ audio (NetMD/HiMD), downloaded track/recording/...)

- uploaded before?

this way we can better try to help you

thank you for the answer:

-computer: macbook intel core 2 duo (running windows xp sp2, in this case)

- sonicstage version: tried with 4.2 and 3.4

- the file is a recording, I tried with linearPCM and HI-SP formats, in a HI-MD

- I tried both: files uploaded before and files never uploaded.
