marquette5
I just got my MZ-RH1. I'd like to erase my 1 gig disc which is already full but I can't find anything in the manual that makes sense. Do I need to use the remote? Thanks for your time. You will see Menu [Rec Settings]Use the jog lever (on right) to go from Rec Settings to Option to Edit.Push in the lever and you'll have choices for Edit--go to Erase. You can take it from there. KJ_Palmer
You can also use the Sonicstage software to erase the whole disk or tracks, whilst the RH1 is connected. This might be somewhat easier than using the fiddly buttons on the unit itself. Just go to Control-Device/Media-Initialise or highlight the tracks and hit Delete. Sparda
Also make sure that the tab is in the write/unlocked position
