stamalgoo
I recently bought one of these MS 907 M/S mics in auction, but there is no data included. Can anyone out there please tell me if the output from the 'MID' mic capsule appears on the tip or ring of the 3.5mm jack plug, which, (by default), means that the 'SIDE' will be on whatever remains ?? :-) Any extra info would be most welcome.Thanksstamalgoo

The reason for the Analouge multi meter is that it has a VU stle and not LED , you need to see the meter move smoothly to accurately know. Connect the black to the sleeve , and the red to the ring of the plug , then use a pair of small ( Ear Buds) headphones connected to a different unit playing something. set the Meter to read DC current or AC Voltage, at a very low setting then move the headphones over the Mike head watching the meter , Move over the top, then the sides , You see witch signal is stronger , you then know which is connected to what.
