So my problem is this. I own a HD-5 player and im using MP3 File Manager with it. I like the program for the fact that you can use it anywhere because its on the HD. So yesterday I bought the NW-A1000 for my girlfriend and thought I could use the same program with it. So I have tried everything I can to get it working without Sonic Stage or Connect player.
So what if find odd is that if I transfer MP3 files to the player with Vaio Music Transfer and then open MP3 File Manager it just complains that it can't find driver but still opens the player and shows all correct files on the player.
Same thing if I upload MP3 files with Connect player the MP3 File manager shows all the right info about the players contents but wont upload anything to the player.
So i was wondering is there a wordaround to the MP3 File Manager upload problem?
The vaio music transfer is otherwise OK except that it is VERY slow and does not show how much of free space the player has and you always have to install it to the computer.
