chris_caudy
I've just tried to backup my library as a matter of course and the above error pops up. The destination had 186GB free, the Backup tool reported ~52GB required. This happened twice until I specified a different destination (USB enclosure hard drive). Any ideas, like what does error 0x2002 actually mean?

chris_caudy
Was the destination on a USB hub? A RAID array? Something that made SonicStage confused about where it was or whether it had enough power? The original destination was an internally mounted SATA hard drive, this was the destination that threw up the error. Redirecting the backup to an externally USB hub connected hard disc was successful. Odd ...
Sparky191
I don't see why you'd use the backup tool. myself. You can do it manually more reliably. http://forums.minidisc.org/index.php?showt...8&hl=backup
raintheory
Personally I follow this method to remove DRM from my files: http://forums.minidisc.org/index.php?showtopic=16088Having done that, the files can be stored/moved anywhere and then re-imported into SonicStage with no problems.
