jernikfra
We got this very cool Meridian "boombox" at work this week as a sample to see if we can become a dealer for it.I played around with it yesterday and have to say it is extremely cool. The best part about it is that the people who designed it must have been MD fans.It has a bunch of aux inputs, and you can go into the menu and edit the name of the Aux inputs. One of the names available on aux input 1 is "MD", very cool. It also has an 3.5mm mini optical input and output! For MD Fans out there this is your perfect companion to your portable MD recorder. It even plays DVD's! It is AC only no battery power, and is available in several finishes and is hand-made in England to very high standards. The fit and finish is spectacular. It is extremely attractive and has awesome sound. It has an 80W 2.1 sound system in it. Take my word for it, the sound coming out of it is really astonishing. It is crystal clear and has in incredible bass response for such a small unit. The only negative point about it is the price...hold your breath...$3000! Anyways, thought MD fans would be interested in it. We have one at the store I work at, and we have more on order in various colours.
