kalpeshb9
I have MZ-N1. I was recording a very important discussion and accidently the power cord was pulled out by someone's mistake. Since, the discussion was going on, I quickly put the power cable back and pressed recording again. Now the recorder shows only 2 new tracks which are of 5 minutes but it doesn't show old track which was 90 min long. How do I recover that recording? Please help... Its very important recording.- KB
A440
Sad to say, but it's gone. After recording, the minidisc needs to save the data--when you hit the Stop button, it's like hitting the Save button on a word-processing document. Your power cut didn't allow that to happen (and apparently your battery was dead?). Edited March 16, 2008 by A440

raintheory
Yep, see the post in my signature re: TOC cloning.PM me if you need help.EDIT: Sent you a PM re: TOC Cloning infoDouble EDIT: This is the MZ-N1 and not the MZ-NH1 correct? TOC cloning works for the N1 and those older recordings, but not for Hi-MD audio/... you'll need to contact Sony if it's Hi-MD, they might me able to help..
