ATRAC support with PSP firmware 1.5?

does anyone know if it is possible to make a 1.5 PSP playback atrac files?

i have quite a large collection in sonicstage.....i connected my psp and transfered a few albums, but when i goto the psp main menu, under music, it says no files.

i don't want to upgrade, is there any other way to get atrac working?

If I remember correctly, there's no other way. You will need to update your PSP's current firmware (to firmware v2.0) to playback ATRAC tunes on the PSP.
